The challenge

Listing a $40,000 watch cannot depend on filling in forms by hand.

Every fine-watch listing needs the same things: the exact reference with its variant, the right material and size, eight photos in the house order and a price that is not off by a zero. Doing it by hand in InkFrog took hours, and a wrong spec meant deleting the listing.

On top of that, InkFrog was shutting down. Throwin' Salt needed a faster way to list, with fewer mistakes, without changing how the team already works: on WhatsApp.

Gaia, the WhatsApp agent

The team writes to it like a colleague: sends references or photos, asks for a price change or says «publish». Gaia answers in seconds, shows a preview of each listing and fixes it by chat. It speaks Spanish and understands voice notes.

From the chat to eBay, without InkFrog

Gaia builds each listing with an optimised title, full specs, condition, eight photos in the house order and a price, and publishes it on eBay. It also edits or ends live listings, from the same chat.

Every photo goes through a vision model before it reaches the listing: no hands or wrists, no boxes that are not the brand's, and Full Set confirmed by looking at the photos themselves. The team stopped hunting mistakes by eye.

A daily batch ready to approve

Every morning Gaia proposes a batch of new watches, all Full Set, with the exact reference, eight photos and a calculated price, never repeating anything already listed. The team removes, corrects and publishes from the chat.

Control of what is listed

A record of every listing (who asked for it, when, at what price) and a private panel of everything listed, to follow the business and the accounts.
